Carlton has named assistant coach David Teague as the club's caretaker for the rest of the 2019 season.
Teague has been an assistant coach at West Coast, St Kilda and Adelaide since 2011, and re-joined the Blues in October 2017.
The former North Melbourne and Carlton defender is currently an Assistant Coach of the Blues' forwards.
