North Melbourne coach Alastair Clarkson has confirmed that Harry Sheezel will play on Sunday against GWS despite dealing with a finger injury throughout the week.
Sheezel broke his finger last week, and had surgery on it in recent days.
However, Clarkson said that the young gun will wear protective hand gear.
Sheezel trained away from the main group on Friday, but got through all required tests to give the medical team confidence he's prepared for the Giants clash.
"He'll play. He had a finger injury out of last week's game and a little surgical repair but he'll be good to go, he'll just wear a glove," Clarkson said.
The Kangaroos will welcome back ruckman Tristan Xerri from suspension, while Finn O'Sullivan, Toby Pink and Jacob Konstanty have all been included from the squad of 26.
Callum Coleman-Jones has been filling the Xerri void in recent weeks, but is the only confirmed omission this week, with Clarkson explaining why.
"Coleman-Jones has done a terrific job in Xerri's absence. He hasn't had great continuity in his body," he said.
"But he soldiered on and showed his body could stand up to the rigours of the game, and he'll just get a rest this week.
