Channel Nine is to to introduce a new “players driven” footy show this season, as reported by the Herald Sun.

The program has been organised by Crocmedia boss Craig Hutchison and given the green light to be aired, according to the Herald Sun.

SEN’s Sam McClure, who recently parted ways with Channel Seven, is set to be unveiled as the show’s host, while Richmond’s Alex Rance, Carlton’s Sam Docherty and Hawthorn’s Jarryd Roughead are also being rumoured to feature.

The time slot for the new footy show is yet to be determined, but there have been talks to put it on after Nine’s Footy Classified on Monday nights.
