Hawthorn have made a late change to their side that is set to face Carlton at Etihad Stadium on Saturday night.
Hawks vice captain Liam Shiels will miss the game with a hip injury, and has been replaced in the side by Irish defender Conor Glass.
โLiam copped a โcorkieโ in the hip in last weekโs game,โ Hawthorn's General Manager of Football Jason Burt told hawthornfc.com.au.
โWe gave him every opportunity to get up, but unfortunately heโs still not 100 per cent, so we didnโt want to take the risk.ย
โConor has acquitted himself well since making his debut against Fremantle.ย
โHe was somewhat unlucky not to be selected in the initial side this week, so weโre confident he can come in and play his role.โ
It will be the first match Shiels misses in 2017, while Glass comes in for his fifth senior game after making his debut against Fremantle in round 18.
Carlton will enter the match as selected.
