Gold Coast half-back Callum Ah Chee has reportedly requested a trade away from the Suns, becoming the second player in under a week to ask for a move.

Following Jack Martin’s request which was confirmed by the Suns on Tuesday, Ah Chee reportedly told the Suns this week as well, with the Herald Sun reporting the news on Wednesday afternoon.

Ah Chee played just one game in 2019 for the club after battling injury, which took his total career tally to 44 games in four seasons.

The 21-year-old was taken with the eighth pick in the 2015 National Draft, and was linked with a move to Brisbane earlier this season.

Gold Coast are yet to confirm Ah Chee’s request.
