Collingwood has confirmed that Ben Sincliar, Ben Reid and Taylor Adams will not play again this season.

Adams injured his ankle during the Magpies' loss to the Bulldogs on the weekend, with his recovery time set to be at least a fortnight, however, is unlikely to require surgery.

"I don't think he will need any surgery but he won't play for the rest of the season," Collingwood football manager Neil Balme said.

Reid missed last weekend's loss to the Bulldogs due to a  PCL injury and has now been officially ruled out for the rest of the year.

The club is yet to determine the best course of action for the defender's injury.

Meanwhile, Sinclair will not be risked for the final two games, following several concussions this season.

Alex Fasolo, Tim Broomhead, Tom Langdon, Jamie Elliott, Dane Swan, Jackson Ramsay and Matt Scharenberg will also not return from long term injuries this season.
