Hawthorn has suffered a blow ahead of its clash with Gold Coast tomorrow afternoon.
Three-time premiership player, Luke Breust, has been withdrawn from the side due to illness.
He has been replaced in the side by Kade Stewart.
โLuke presented with a bout of gastro yesterday which prevented him from training," general manager of football operations," Jason Burt said.
โWe were hoping he would be in better condition today and right for tomorrow afternoonโs game, but unfortunately heโs still not feeling 100 per cent so we have made the decision to withdraw him from the side.
โKadeโs been in really good form for Box Hill and itโs great that heโll get his opportunity to get back into the senior side.โ
Teia Miles has been added to the emergencies.
