As a 22-year-old, I've spent 15 years supporting North Melbourne. I've seen some great players don the blue and white stripes since starting my spectating journey as a seven-year-old.

In that time, there's been some years where the Roos were competitive, and some years where we we were not so competitive!

But where would I rank these players if I had to limit them down to only 10? Who has stood out as the club's best while at the same time embracing the Shinboner spirit?

Here's what I decided based on when I witnessed them play, not how they performed throughout their career.

My own childhood hero and one of the best modern forwards to play the game, Petrie was one of the main reasons why I chose to go for North in the first place and offered so. His game against Essendon during the 2014 Elimination Final still lingers in the back of my mind, especially his goal late in the fourth quarter to give us the lead that still remains my best memory at the footy.
