Geelong forward Gryan Miers will miss Geelong's Round 7 clash as the club determines the best course of action for his knee injury.

He is also likely to miss Round 8, but his season remains alive at this stage.

“Following consultation with the Club's medical team and specialists, Gryan will be on an individualised program for next couple of weeks as we assess the best path forward for the long term," Geelong footy boss Andrew Mackie said.

Miers has averaged 24 disposals and six marks this year and is regarded as one of the best inside 50 kicks in the league.

He last featured for the Cats on Easter Monday in a thrilling one-point loss and had his knee strapped, and there were subsequent fears that he may have ruptured his ACL.

There is still no return date for Tyson Stengle and Ollie Henry is a test due to an oblique injury.

Meanwhile, North Melbourne has confirmed that Finn O'Sullivan will be available for North Melbourne's clash with GWS after fracturing his jaw on Good Friday which has sidelined him for the past fortnight.

"Finn will drop into full contact training and programming this week," North Melbourne head of performance Kevin White said on Tuesday.

"He put in a high-loading football conditioning session after main training last Friday to set himself up well for his return."

Jordan De Goey, Steele Sidebottom and Darcy Moore are all a chance to play for Collingwood.

Fremantle's Sean Darcy will remain sidelined for at least another week due to a calf injury, but has cleared concussion protocols, while Jaegar O'Meara's return has been listed at four weeks after his training injury last week.

Adelaide's Jake Soligo is a test after missing Round 6, while Dan Curtin will return in the SANFL.
