Carlton father-son prospect Cody Walker is set to miss Vic Country's second game of the Under-18s National Championships.
Walker failed to play out Vic Country's first game due to an AC joint shoulder injury, which will sideline him for Friday's clash with Western Australia.
He is set to return next Wednesday for Vic Country's clash with South Australia.
Meanwhile, Noah Williams, who also failed to play out that game due to hamstring tightness, is set to play on Friday after scans came back positive.
Williams and Walker shared best afield honours in the Under-17s Futures game last year and have put together formidable CVs in 2026.
