Richmond skipper Toby Nankervis will finally return after an extended stint on the sidelines with a hamstring injury.
He has not featured since Round 2 and will face Tristan Xerri and North Melbourne in his first game back.
“He's certainly available for selection this weekend,” Richmond Head of High Performance Ben Serpell said.
“We just wanted him to get a little bit more training under his belt before we brought him back to play, but expect him out there this weekend.”
At Carlton, defender Jacob Weitering has taken a step forward in returning from a calf injury, reintegrating into full training with an eye on a Round 16 return.
North Melbourne's Finn O'Sullivan could be available after missing the Perth trip with concussion.
Melbourne's Harrison Petty is two to four weeks away with a hamstring injury, while Lukas Cooke is a month away with a face injury, both suffered on Sunday.
Errol Gulden will be a chance to return for Sydney after the club's bye this weekend.
Adelaide livewire Izak Rankine is a chance to return this week.
He has not played at AFL level for the past three weeks.
“Izak is feeling really good at the moment,” McKeown said.
“We chose not to risk him for the game against the Western Bulldogs and he will just need to get through training tomorrow unphased in order to be available.”
Meanwhile, teammate Luke Pedlar will miss the next three to four weeks with a hamstring strain.
