Richmond has started 2026 with six straight losses, but Six Points AFL podcast co-host Mark Stevens thinks they may not salute this year.

"Can they win a game?" Stevens quizzed.

"Normally nature's way and something happens, and teams can jag a win, I think there is a real fear that Richmond will go through (the season) zero and 23, I just can't see when they are going to get one."

Stevens, alongside co-host and former Hawthorn player Daniel Harford, discussed the Tigers' prospects in 2026, labelling their most recent performance against North Melbourne as "embarrassing".

Richmond's most recent loss to the Kangaroos was their worst performance of the season so far, with a 75-point defeat. It clinched the Punt Road club's worst start since the 2010 season.

"That was a little bit embarrassing yesterday, the Kangas could have won by a hundred, they were putting on a clinic," Stevens said.

"If you are a Richmond supporter, you are starting to get a bit flustered and frustrated."

Richmond so far this season has an average losing margin of 51-points, and faces off against Melbourne, West Coast, Adelaide and St Kilda in the next month.

Daniel Harford believes the pressure could be on the Tigers if they disappoint this year.

"The Tigers, it's been a horrible start to the season for them. There was a bit of expectation about them this year after what they achieved last year, with five wins, but it hasn't looked like it this year," Harford.

"What happens if they only win two games for the year? What sort of pressure does that put on the hierarchy there at Punt Road?"
