Jake Lloyd in doubt for clash with Port Adelaide

Sydney’s Jake Lloyd is in doubt for this Saturday’s clash with Port Adelaide at the SCG.

Lloyd copped a heavy hit from Fremantle defender Zac Dawson on the weekend, which resulted a three match ban for the former St Kilda player.

Sydney coach John Longmire said Lloyd will be assessed later in the week, but appears doubtful to take his place in the side.

“He was a bit sore Monday, we will see how he is today. We are unsure whether he will play at this stage,” Longmire said.

Lloyd has every game so far this season, averaging 23 disposals, 3.5 marks and 2.5 tackles.
