A video has emerged of Gold Coast Suns coach Stuart Dew urinating outside a Queensland pub, as first reported by The Courier Mail.

The clip was filmed by one of the club's senior staff and shows Dew urinating outside of Miami Tavern Shark Bar against a wall.

Several voices can be heard, with one woman asking Dew if he plays for NRL club Canterbury Bulldogs.

The video ends with Dew turning around after he finishes urinating and smirking at the camera.

Suns chief executive was reportedly made aware of the video months ago, while it is not yet known when it was taken.

It is understood that no action was taken against Dew following the incident.

The staffer who filmed Dew reportedly distributed it to their friends on a social media group. Realising his mistake the next morning, the staffer then asked all of his friends to delete it but the vision had already been leaked.

The video was reportedly spread by disgruntled sources close to former Suns staffers who were made redundant in recent months.

Urinating in public is a criminal offence and carries a $533.80 penalty in Queensland.
