The AFL trade and free agency windows are just weeks away, with the clubs already out of the finals frame lifting their pursuit of rival players, while those still in contention will have one eye on their list moves.

Clubs have been putting in the work off the field since the early weeks of the season, perhaps even before a ball was bounced. And while some big names have come off the market, plenty still face an uncertain future.

With a long list of names included in the trade and free agency conversation for 2025, we've listed every player each AFL team has been tied to so far this season.

6Fremantle

It's unlikely the Dockers will make any major moves after a busy few off-seasons in the past. They were keen on Kysaiah Pickett and Chad Warner before they re-signed, with most of the attention at Cockburn set on whether Luke Jackson will be on the move. Melbourne's Judd McVee has emerged as one potential target. Fremantle reportedly had some hope of reuniting with Lachie Neale, but the Lions star looks set to stay in Queensland.
