The AFL trade and free agency windows are just weeks away, with the clubs already out of the finals frame lifting their pursuit of rival players, while those still in contention will have one eye on their list moves.

Clubs have been putting in the work off the field since the early weeks of the season, perhaps even before a ball was bounced. And while some big names have come off the market, plenty still face an uncertain future.

With a long list of names included in the trade and free agency conversation for 2025, we've listed every player each AFL team has been tied to so far this season.

4Collingwood

As we've come to expect under Craig McRae, the Pies are chasing known talent, not the potential that comes from the draft. They had interest in the likes of Matt Rowell and Marcus Bontempelli, who have since re-signed at their respective clubs, while they have shown early interest in 2026 free agents Ben King and Zak Butters. Sydney's Jack Buller looks likely to join the Magpies after two-and-a-hal years with the Swans.
