It's been another massive week of trade news and speculation, with several fresh faces involved in speculation regarding moves and new deals.

Here's all the latest trade news and analysis from the past week...

Adelaide offer rival forward lucrative deal

Adelaide have given Brisbane forward Callum Ah Chee a lot to think about after they reportedly offered the 27-year-old premiership Lion a "significantly better" deal than what Brisbane have given him.

While Ah Chee will likely stay up north if Brisbane manage to match the deal, the value of the contract is far better from Adelaide as things stand.

Ah Chee would add to Adelaide's impressive tally of off-season recruits if he were to sign there, joining recent additions Izak Rankine, Alex Neal-Bullen and James Peatling.

St Kilda youngster Marcus Windhager is being targeted by three rival clubs heading into the upcoming off-season, with Melbourne, Essendon and North Melbourne understood to be "chasing him hard".

It has also been reported that GWS may pitch a move for the young gun. Windhager played with Giants star Finn Callaghan in junior football and the appeal of more on-ball minutes could lure the 22-year-old north.

Windhager is currently weighing up a two-year offer from the Saints, with his current lack of commitment being overlooked with superstar Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera's future in constant headlines.

The report on Windhager highlights a potential mass exodus at the club, with him potentially being the first in a wave of players to leave. With an incoming breadth of talent, including star ruckman Tom De Koning and key defender Leek Aleer, several players are reportedly considering moves elsewhere to "seek greener pastures" according to SEN's Michelangelo Rucci.

Notable players Rucci believes could depart are Jack Steele, Rowan Marshall and Callum Wilkie, though Wilkie has since denied the rumours.

The Eagles are reportedly considering moving on from 2018 premiership forward Liam Ryan, despite the veteran being contracted through 2026.

West Coast, in the midst of the club's longest ever rebuild, have floated the idea of moving on from Ryan in an attempt to look toward the future. Ryan has also struggled with accuracy in front of goal the last two seasons, scoring a major on just 40.7% of his shot attempts this season, the lowest rate of his career.

Ryan may be open to a move east, however, with a Victorian based team tipped to be a preferred destination, though Port Adelaide are reportedly a viable option.

St Kilda, Essendon and Carlton are believed to be the front runners for his services.

Power coach responds to intensifying trade rumours

Port Adelaide senior coach has shut down rumours that Beau McCreery visited the Power's Alberton facilities, with reports suggesting he is weighing up offers from a number of rival clubs.

The deal on the table from Port Adelaide is reportedly a four-year contract, while Gold Coast have aggressively targeted the Magpies speedster in recent weeks. However, McCreery is tied to Collingwood until 2027, making a move unlikely unless a request is formally placed by the 24-year-old.

Hinkley also wouldn't address the future of out-of-contract superstar Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera, who remains unsigned for 2026 but has been tied to a move to South Australia.

With Hinkley set to depart his head coaching role at Port Adelaide, he elected not to comment on the matter, but noted the fact that "history would tell you that long-term, late in the season, those decisions do seem to go a certain way."

The West Coast Eagles are reportedly set to lose their captain, Oscar Allen, for 2026 and beyond, with the key forward reportedly "settled" on joining the Brisbane Lions as a free agent this off-season.

According to 9News' Tom Morris, Brisbane will win the battle for Allen over other vying rivals, including Hawthorn, with Allen expected to "formally tell" the Eagles of his decision following the conclusion of their 2025 season.

The reported decision opens the door for West Coast to reconstruct their leadership group, as well as the addition of major compensation for the upcoming National Draft.

Blues coach unsure of future for star pair

Blues senior coach Michael Voss has admitted he's unsure where out-of-contract stars Jack Silvagni and Tom De Koning plan to play next season, but maintained unwavering confidence that they would eventually recommit to Carlton this off-season.

Jack Silvagni reportedly met with key figures from the Western Bulldogs during the week as he remains undecided on his intentions in free agency, while Tom De Koning continues to weigh up a mega $12 million offer from St Kilda, reported earlier in the season.

Voss said on Friday that he does not know where the pair sit as Carlton's season comes to a conclusion next Thursday night, though change of some sort appears imminent for the club in a number of departments, not excluding the playing group.
