West Coast's assistance package from the AFL is hoped to help the struggling WA side eventually turn its fortunes back toward September contention.
The addition of Pick 19 is a friendly boost to their draft plans, adding to first-round Picks 1, 2 (via Oscar Allen's exit) and 15 (via West Coast), while the Eagles also hold the opening selection for the second night of the draft.
The addition of four extra rookie list spots will also give West Coast great flexibility in building their list, with the advantage in place for the next three years.
What they choose to do with these new vacancies will be intriguing, as the club could look to bring in experienced AFL talent to aid their burgeoning squad.
The Eagles will be able to add some of the best overlooked draftees in late November if they choose to do so, while state league level stars - much like Mid-Season Draft addition Tom McCarthy - will also hold value.
Here we look at five options for how West Coast could use their four new list spots.
4. Tom Blamires
Another Frankston star, with Blamires claiming the Fothergill-Round-Mitchell Medal in 2025 to only help his case as a potential AFL Draft selection.
The Eagles are said to have an eye on Blamires as a potential recruit this off-season, with the former Sandringham talent a chance to go in the National Draft.
Should he be overlooked for the main intake, the Rookie Draft looms as his best bet, where West Coast will be loaded up with a handful of selections thanks to the AFL's assistance package.

The defender-midfielder hybrid earned a spot in the VFL Team of the Year after his breakout maiden season with Frankston, with his polish and hustle among his many traits.
