Carlton and Fremantle have officially agreed upon a deal that will send Dockers ruckman Liam Reidy to the Blues, granting him his desired trade request.
Fremantle are sending Reidy and Picks 53 and 71 to the Blues and will receive Picks 50 and 68 from Carlton.
Reidy is in search of greater senior opportunities, having played just three games in the top flight since being drafted in the 2022 rookie draft, limited by Fremantle's elite tandem of talls in Luke Jackson and Sean Darcy.
The Blues, who bid farewell to star tall Tom De Koning this off-season, have an opening in the position that the 204cm 25-year-old will be keen to take advantage of.
Trade approved.
Fremantle trade Liam Reidy and its Round Three pick 53 and Round Four pick 71 to Carlton for its Round Three pick 50 and Round Four pick 68 in the 2025 Telstra AFL Draft.

Carlton Head of List Management Nick Austin said he sees plenty of promise in the unproven tall.
“A true competitor, we see a lot of promise in Liam,” Austin said.
“His form in the WAFL in recent years has really caught our eye, with his athleticism and ability to cover the ground a standout. We see him being a significant addition to our ruck group alongside Marc Pittonet and Hudson O'Keeffe.
“We can't wait to see Liam get to work in the pre-season and are excited to see what he can do at IKON Park next year.”
