It's officially the AFL off-season, with free agency opening on Friday and the 2025 Trade Period will follow just days later.

All 18 clubs look set to be active in the player movement space, with some busier than others in looking to lure talent through their doors.

St Kilda, Geelong and Brisbane look to be among the more aggressive clubs in chasing top-line talent, while clubs like Fremantle and Richmond are seemingly more likely to place more of a focus on the draft.

Here we've looked at every club's potential trade and free agency moves, their current crop of off-contract players, confirmed departures and draft hand for the off-season.

The Hawks could be one of the larger players in this year's trade space, having shown a thirst for a big fish. Essendon captain Zach Merrett is their priority in what would be a stunning coup if they could pull off a trade, but satisfying the Bombers will be difficult. Melbourne livewire Christian Petracca has also been linked to the Hawks, and might only join Sam Mitchell's side if their pursuit of Merrett falls short. Midfielder James Worpel is likely to leave as a free agent, with Geelong viewed as his expected landing spot. Young defender Jai Serong is another worth a look from other clubs, and could be a piece of the package for Merrett. Forward Sam Butler also has an uncertain future amid reported interest from West Coast.
