With the AFL deep into its most unprecedented year yet, some players will undoubtedly be re-evaluating where they want to play in 2021.

A number of clubs will already be planning their moves for the off-season and identifying targets from rival clubs.

The Eagles are a pretty complete side, and are probably more interested in preparing for a world without their older, core players than recruiting experience.

Looking to the draft would be wise for the Eagles, with someone ideally to replace Shannon Hurn when he is past his best.

While the Eagles are set for another play at the premiership, an investment into some youth could keep their window open for a few more seasons.
