Coen Livingstone was informed by West Coast that he will not be offered a contract for 2026.
Livingstone signed as a rookie in 2023 as a Next Generation Academy (NGA) prospect and as a Colt with the Perth Demons in the WAFL.
Despite never debuting on the senior side, the 20-year-old was significant in the Eagles' reserves, playing 36 matches and leading the club's goal-kicking in 2025.
The ruckman featured in the Indigenous All Stars game in February.
"We have made the difficult decision to not offer Coen a contract for 2026," Head of List Management and Recruiting Matt Clarke said.
"His attitude and commitment in his two years with the Eagles was first class, and he continued to give himself every opportunity with his work ethic and teamwork.
"We wish him well for the future."
Livingstone joins Oscar Allen (free agent, Brisbane), Liam Ryan (trade, St Kilda), Campbell Chesser (trade, Carlton), Jayden Hunt (retired), Callum Jamieson (delisted), Jeremy McGovern (retired), Jack Petruccelle (delisted), Loch Rawlinson (delisted) and Dom Sheed (retired) as list changes at West Coast.
