St Kilda say they are not done with targeting rival players in 2025 despite five prospects preparing to walk into Moorabbin.
Carlton pair Tom De Koning and Jack Silvagni have already arrived, while deals for Leek Aleer, Liam Ryan and Sam Flanders will be achieved throughout the trade period.
Flanders is tipped to be a straight swap for Pick 7.
But St Kilda Head of Talent and Acquisition, Graeme Allan, insists the club has more money to burn, despite reported monster deals for their new prospects, as well as the upped coin given to Callum Wilkie amid heavy interest from the Western Bulldogs.
"Not all of them (the new players) are on big money," Allan said on the opening day of the 2025 AFL Trade Period.

"We've got plenty of money to splash. We can go fishing. We can still go fishing.
"Ross (Lyon) was playing under restrictions; he was coaching under restrictions this year.
"We battled to get to 95% (of the salary cap spend) right at the end, which we have to under league rules, so there was a lot of front-ending (with the new players' contracts)."
Allan sounded a warning to rival clubs, saying the Saints will "go hunting again" in 2026.

St Kilda is also fielding interest from Geelong and Melbourne regarding tall pair Rowan Marshall and Max Heath.
Heath is out of contract, while Marshall has another two years left on his deal as the Cats linger in the shadows.
The 29-year-old has requested a trade down the highway, but according to Allan, no meaningful conversation has occurred.

"We'll talk to the Cats," he said.
Similar for Jack Steele, who is locked away for 2026, he has also been told he can explore his options.
Allan says that the Saints haven't spoken to any clubs regarding their skipper's future.
"We'll do what's best for the St Kilda footy club," he said.
