The AFL trade and free agency windows are just weeks away, with the clubs already out of the finals frame lifting their pursuit of rival players, while those still in contention will have one eye on their list moves. Clubs have been putting in the work off the field since the early weeks of the season, perhaps even before a ball was bounced. And while some big names have come off the market, plenty still face an uncertain future. With a long list of names included in the trade and free agency conversation for 2025, we've listed every player each AFL team has been tied to so far this season. Here's each club's full list... Adelaide The Crows have been keen on adding experience to their contending list, but Essendon ruckman and free agent Sam Draper is no longer a chance to land at West Lakes. Premiership Lion Callum Ah Chee is another said to be in Adelaide's sights, while the Crows were firmly in the race for Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera before he opted to remain at Moorabbin. With their season over, attention has quickly turned to landing a big fish, with Zach Merrett and Christian Petracca both linked. His Dons teammate Jordan Ridley is said to be keen on landing at the Lions, while Pies gun Jamie Elliott has also been tied to Brisbane. A ruckman looks to be the top target given Tom De Koning's departure, with fringe talls in their sights. The likes of Malcolm Rosas, Campbell Chesser and Buku Khamis are others who could find better opportunities at Princes Park, wih the latter already requesting a trade to the Victorian club. The Blues could make a splash if their interest in Sam Flanders is fruitful. Melbourne's Judd McVee has emerged as one potential target. Fremantle reportedly had some hope of reuniting with Lachie Neale, but the Lions star looks set to stay in Queensland. It'll be interesting to see if Geelong can add multiple top-line names to an already stacked list. In 2025, Coleman Medal winner Charlie Curnow is said to have his sights on a move to Carrara, while the Suns have also been linked to Pies pair Beau McCreery and Jamie Elliott. Former Demon Luke Jackson would be a sensational get if they could lure him back to the red and blue, while Marcus Windhager emerged as another possible target before re-signing. Richmond defender Tylar Young has emerged as another target for North Melbourne, who are seemingly keen to bolster their backline. South Australian products Beau McCreery and Jacob Wehr have both emerged as targets for the Power to lure home, with the latter requesting a move via free agency. Fremantle midfielder Will Brodie is another who is looking to join the Power. De Koning's Carlton teammate Jack Silvagni is also set to reunite with his father at the Saints, who have also expressed an interest in Sam Flanders, Liam Ryan and Cameron Mackenzie, among others, after failing to secure a host of other star names earlier in the year. Carlton star Charlie Curnow is understood to have spoken with Swans coach Dean Cox as he looks for a move away from the Blues, which may be unlikely. Bulldog Jamarra Ugle-Hagan isn't expected to be at the Kennel in 2026, and the Swans have been raised as an ideal landing spot for the former No.1 pick. Young locals Angus Sheldrick and Deven Robertson also make the list, as does Richmond backman Tylar Young. The Eagles are reported to have asked the question of Lachie Neale, but were shot down. Carlton's Jack Silvagni is one name they tried to lure to Footscray, with the wantaway Blue initially seen as a perfect fit for what Luke Beveridge needs. Richmond's Tylar Young is another key defender tied to the Dogs, who were also been linked to Jacob Wehr and Neil Erasmus from GWS and Fremantle, respectively, before they opted for elsewhere.
