The AFL trade and free agency windows are just weeks away, with the clubs already out of the finals frame lifting their pursuit of rival players, while those still in contention will have one eye on their list moves.
Clubs have been putting in the work off the field since the early weeks of the season, perhaps even before a ball was bounced. And while some big names have come off the market, plenty still face an uncertain future.

The reigning premiers have been making major moves to turn their 2024 flag into the first chapter of a dynasty. They look set to secure West Coast free agent Oscar Allen, while Sam Draper is another eyeing a move to the Queensland capital. His Dons teammate Jordan Ridley is said to be keen on landing at the Lions, while Pies gun Jamie Elliott has also been tied to Brisbane.
