The AFL trade and free agency windows are just weeks away, with the clubs already out of the finals frame lifting their pursuit of rival players, while those still in contention will have one eye on their list moves.
Clubs have been putting in the work off the field since the early weeks of the season, perhaps even before a ball was bounced. And while some big names have come off the market, plenty still face an uncertain future.
With a long list of names included in the trade and free agency conversation for 2025, we've listed every player each AFL team has been tied to so far this season.

13Port Adelaide
Like their cross-town rivals, the Crows, Port Adelaide missed out on the signature of St Kilda's Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera, with their attention since turning elsewhere. South Australian products Beau McCreery and Jacob Wehr have both emerged as targets for the Power to lure home, with the latter requesting a move via free agency. Fremantle midfielder Will Brodie is another who is looking to join the Power.
