Collingwood could look to bolster its VFL stocks as former North Melbourne midfielder Will Phillips was seen at the Olympic Park on Monday with the senior squad.
Phillips was delisted by the Kangaroos after 50 games in five seasons following his Pick 3 selection in 2020.
The Pies don't have a vacant list spot but are on the hunt for established talent to head their reserves side.
Ex-Roo and Port Adelaide ruckman Brynn Teakle has also been spotted at Collingwood HQ in a bid to land a VFL spot, as have Ed Perryman (brother of Harry) and North Adelaide's Zavier Maher in previous weeks.
The Pies' VFL team will be headed by former player Matthew Lokan, who has replaced Andy Otten.
Elsewhere, midfielder Lachie Sullivan pulled up proppy following a training drill that emphasised fast ball movement in confined spaces.
Sullivan, who injured his PCL in August and was ruled out of the remainder of the season, missing the 2025 finals, was limping halfway through the session. However, he did return to the track and completed run-throughs.

Alongside the 28-year-old was Reef McInnes, Dan McStay and Dan Houston, while draftee and NGA graduate Zac McCarthy ticked off shuttle runs and repeat sprints.
McInnes is returning from an ACL injury that kept him sidelined since Round 2, but continues to make positive progress towards a full recovery.
The 23-year-old was the last to leave the track, practising his marking and defensive efforts to strengthen the club's backline.
Impressive rebound defender Isaac Quaynor looks to be considered as a midfield option next year as he looks to add more strings to his bow.
Quaynor was training with some of the on-ballers as Craig McRae looks to plan beyond the years of star veterans Scott Pendlebury and Steele Sidebottom.
