Vic Metro co-captain Sam Grlj is set to debut for Richmond's VFL side on Saturday in its clash with Gold Coast VFL at People's First Stadium.
The Oakleigh prospect averaged 17 disposals at the National Championships, also playing AGSV footy for Camberwell Grammar this year.
A clean, smooth-moving midfielder, he is regarded as a likely top-20 pick.
Grlj will face off against a Suns VFL side with plenty of Academy prospects to keep an eye on, including top pick contender Zeke Uwland, who will be playing his second game of the year after injury sidelined him for the first half of the season.
Uwland's AFL Academy teammate Beau Addinsall will also be in action in his first game back from a hamstring injury, which kept him to just one game at the National Championships.
A dependable midfielder, Addinsall played two games of VFL earlier in the year, amassing 16 disposals in each game.
Forwards Cooper Collins and Koby Coulson will also play.
Brisbane Academy pair Dan Annable and Tyan Prindable will both be in action for Brisbane VFL, having each raised their stocks throughout 2025 as a midfielder and pressure forward, respectively.
