Richmond have added to their list of off-season delistings, with second-year Tiger Jacob Blight and two-club swingman Jacob Koschitzke not offered new deals for 2026.

The pair were both off-contract this year and faced uncertain futures at Punt Road as they floated in and out of the senior side.

Blight, who joined the Tigers last year as a Mid-Season Draft selection out of WAFL club Peel Thunder, played 10 games in the yellow and black.

He made his debut in Round 16 last year and would play three games for 2024 after joining the club in May. Blight featured in a further seven games this year, with his most recent coming against Geelong in July.

Koschitzke spent two seasons with Richmond after crossing from Hawthorn at the end of 2023. Possessing the ability to play at both ends of the field, Adam Yze opted to use the 25-year-old mostly used in defence.

The Albury product played 16 games for the Tigers across his two campaigns, bringing his career tally to 64 matches.

“We thank both players for their hard work and application during their time at the club,” Tigers football talent manager Blair Hartley said.

“Jacob (Koschitzke), to his credit, certainly put his best foot forward at VFL level this year and played a number of roles with minimum fuss.

“Jacob (Blight) moved across the country to play with the club mid-way through last year, and we thank him for his commitment during his 18 months with us.

“We wish them both well for their future pursuits.”

The pair of delistings follows the club's call not to offer Jacob Bauer and Mate Colina deals for next year. The Tigers have also bid farewell to Kamdyn McIntosh, who announced his time with Richmond would conclude with the end of the season.
