The 2025 Grand Final was, for the most part, a scintillating contest between the Cats and Lions and saw Brisbane claim a second consecutive premiership.
The Lions' relentless pressure, exceptional foot skills and dominance from stoppage were all at the heart of their ultimate premiership success which saw them fly home to Queensland as 47-point victors.
But AFL Grand Finals are made up of moments, and there was a number of them that will be remembered fondly, or not so fondly, for the AFL's two most successful teams this century.
We breakdown the five key plays that set up Brisbane's latest dynasty era.
3Charlie Cameron's late third quarter goals
The premiership was very much still in the balance until Charlie Cameron kicked two late third quarter goals in quick succession to put the Lions up 13.
His second of the afternoon came with 3:49 remaining in the term, with the Lions forcing the ball forward from the back half, leading to Cameron taking a contested mark on Jhye Clark directly in front of goal.
His third of the match came just two minutes later as Geelong broke down defensively in a pivotal moment, the crumb of the ball finding Kai Lohmann, who dished the footy by hand to the rapid Cameron, slotting the major from the goal square.
The moments gave Brisbane a major momentum boost going into three-quarter time and essentially knocked the wind out of Geelong's sails.
