The 2025 All-Australian 44-man squad was released, but as always, it creates plenty of fiery conversations by the water cooler.
Did the selectors get it right? Who was lucky to make it? Who was stiff to miss?
Aaron Naughton
Forward

The Western Bulldogs forward has produced a career-best year, kicking 60 goals in 23 outings.
Arguably the second focal point of Luke Beveridge's forward line, Naughton went under the radar.
His accuracy (60 per cent) in front of goal was among the best in the competition, and he was involved in the second most scores (159) for key forwards, sitting just behind Jeremy Cameron (181).
Naughton also applied pressure better than most in his position, laying 30 tackles inside 50 and recording 226 pressure acts for the year.
He also ranked third for marks inside 50 and fourth for contested marks.
