3. FORWARD LINE

Isaac Heeney

Heeney dominated the Blues with his elite marking and ball use. The forward made the defenders worry all match finishing with 22 disposals, 14 marks, 6 inside 50s and 10 score involvements.

He also damaged the opposition all match with his match-high 562 metres gained to go with 3 goals. A best on ground performance winning the Goodes-O'Laughlin medal.

Jack Riewoldt

First things first. I am sure you have all seen it, but the mark was special. If you are one of the few that haven't watch below.

But while his mark is getting all the highlights, it was an impressive all around performance for Riewoldt. The forward finished with 5 goals, 20 disposals, 14 marks and 11 score involvements. He even lead all the Tigers for metres gained showing a great impact all over the ground.

Mitch Robinson

Robinson dominated the Giants putting on an impressive display in his team's victory.

Mitch led all players with 4 goals, 689 metres gained and 9 inside 50s. He also had 30 disposals, 10 score involvements, 8 intercepts and 12 marks for a clear best on ground match.

Ben King

With one of his best games of the season, King was too tall and too good for the Hawks defenders. Being the big target up forward, he was a great target for his teammates, marking or bringing the ball to the ground for other forwards.

He ended with 4 majors, to go with 8 marks, 10 score involvements and 14 touches (7 contested).

Tom Hawkins

In a game with many impactful forwards, Hawkins stamped his authority on the match more than all others. The Tomahawk was the focal point up forward and made a normally solid Collingwood defence struggle all match.

Hawkins booted 3 goals, and collected 21 touches, 7 marks while giving his team mates plenty of opportunity with a game high 12 score involvements.

Izak Rankine

Izak Rankine is back! After a blistering opening to his career, Izak has been inconsistent in his more recent matches. Against the hawks though, he was back to his scintillating best.

The small forward bagged 4 majors while also getting 19 disposals, 6 marks, 4 inside 50s and 7 score involvements. With an up and about Rankine and possible Matt Rowell return, the sky's the limit for the bright future Suns.
