Lewis Stevenson racked up 41 disposals as Sydney Uni put Canberra to the sword. Xavier Richards could have had a big day out, but could only managed to kick 2.6 in the win.
Jordan Harper was again brilliant for Eastland, he had 36 touches and a goal.
Sydney 16.24 (120) def. Gold Coast 4.8 (32)
A dominant performance from Sydney has seen them knock off Gold Coast by 88 points. Aliir Aliir showed his versatility, by kicking three goals, while Jordan Foote could potentially earn a Swans recall, putting in a good performance.
It was a tough day for Gold Coast, however, big man Daniel Currie was one of their few shining lights.
Southport 11.14 (80) def. Redland 8.14 (62)
Five goals from John Anthony helped seal an important win for Southport. He had help from star Jordan Keras who registered an amazing 44 disposals.
Jackson Paine did all he could for Redland, kicking four goals.
Aspley 9.6 (60) def. by Brisbane 23.14 (152)
It was a goal-fest for Brisbane, as they defeated Aspley by 92-points. Ryan Harwood had six goals, while Oscar Mcinerny kicked four. Rohan Bewick (36 touches) was also excellent for the Lions.
Ed Barlow performed well for Aspley despite the heavy loss, he had 30 touches and kicked a goal.
NT Thunder 18.18 (126) def. Giants 11.5 (71)Â
GWS' injury woes cost their NEAFL side, as they went down by 55 points to the NT Thunder. Darren Ewing kicked another bag for the Northern Territory, finishing with six goals.
Mathew Walker performed well on a tough day for the Giants. He kicked four of their 11 goals.
