Star Adelaide pair Rory Sloane and Taylor Walker are expected to be fit to take on Sydney this Friday.

Both players received treatment during the Crows' win over Essendon on Saturday night, but played out the game.

Walker received treatment on his foot, while Sloane went to the bench with a knee issue.

Adelaide assistant coach Scott Camporeale told reporters on Monday the pair are more likely than not to take their place in the team for the blockbuster clash with the red hot Swans.

“They’re obviously still a little bit sore,” Camporeale said.

“They will go through the process of getting evaluated today ... but they played the game out so we’re hopeful they’ll be right to play.

“A lot of players are carrying sore spots... Sloaney is no exception,” Camporeale said.

“He (Sloane) is a combative player, he is going to be sore.

“But as you have seen, he has been able to play the season out so far, so I don’t think there will be an issue.”

Sloane collected 21 disposals in the 43-point win over the Bombers, while Walker kicked 2.2 and took seven marks.
