Sydney will look to push up the ladder in 2026 after a disappointing first season under Dean Cox.
The Swans changed the makeup of their list, which saw eight players leave the club over the off-season, headlined by Will Hayward.
However, the Swans were one of the biggest winners in the off-season, which saw them bring in star forward Charlie Curnow, along with Jai Serong and Malcolm Rosas.
Cox will have another pre-season under his belt to put his influence on the team and shape the game style the Swans want to play in 2026.
So, let's break down how Sydney will look in 2026...
Midfielders
The Swans midfield trio of Errol Gulden, Isaac Heeney and Chad Warner is one of the best in the competition. Gulden's elite kicking is a key pillar in the Swans' game plan.
Heeney and Warner's ability to impact the scoreboard is the Swans' point of difference against other teams; the attacking trio are complemented by the defensive work of James Rowbottom and James Jordon.
Brodie Grundy proved that he is still one of the best rucks in the AFL last season, and will take the majority of the work, with Hayden McLean taking the second ruck role.

Angus Sheldrick has also shown he is capable of midfield minutes, but will be limited for opportunity, as the aforementioned Mills will also spend time in the middle.
Justin McInerney will share the wing role along with the likes of Jake Lloyd, Braeden Campvell and Gulden.
