Richmond could be without No.1 draft pick Sam Lalor for next week's trip to New South Wales amid concerns of a hamstring strain.
Lalor was unable to see out Friday's 23-point loss to Essendon, hurting his hamstring and remaining on the bench at the end of the game.
He joined midfielder Thomson Dow on the interchange, with the onballer suffering a knee injury in the first half.
Already without captain Toby Nankervis (knee), Tom Lynch (concussion) and Noah Balta (curfew), Dow and Lalor could join Richmond's casualty ward.
"Sammy Lalor, unfortunately, we think he's got a slight hammy," Yze said post-game.
"I'm not sure how bad it is. He's obviously most likely going to miss next week.
"Thomson Dow's kneecap slipped out. He said he's had it before, so depending on what sort of damage that does, he's most likely going to miss as well.
"It's happened to him before. I'm not sure if he missed a game, but hopefully we can get lucky there. He's been in good form."
The Tigers had decided to manage Nankervis for the match, with the Richmond skipper dealing with an ongoing knee issue and in need of a break, despite Nankervis' hope of playing.
Yze said the decision to rest his first-string ruckman came as the Tigers looked to "break the cycle" of Nankervis' battle with a knee complaint.
"He's been dealing with a knee issue for the last few weeks, so we had to break the cycle," Yze said of his captain. "A five-day break, it just made sense.
"The risk was that if we just kept pushing him through, he'd miss more than just one game. We're hoping this would do that, and he'll just miss one, get back in for the next couple of weeks and look to the bye.
"The hardest thing with the captain, telling him this is the best scenario to go through, is when 'Lynchy' and Noah Balta aren't playing. You could see he was more worried about our leadership out there.
"We just have to play the long game with him, he'll be better for it next week."
Richmond will head to ENGIE Stadium next weekend to face GWS, with the Tigers chasing their fourth win of the season.
The Tigers are expecting to have all of Nankervis, Lynch and Balta for that match, while Dion Prestia is pushing for a return from an Achilles injury.
