Richmond assistant coach Steven Morris has departed the club after 14 years.
Morris first joined the Tigers with Pick 15 in the 2011 National Draft, following in his father's footsteps (Kevin) in donning the yellow and black.
Throughout his journey, Morris played 87 AFL games for Richmond and continued his time with the club in the VFL, captaining the side to the 2019 premiership.
Later, he was appointed the reserves coach and even took up a spot under Adem Yze as one of his assistants.
"I have decided that I am going to take a step back from coaching at the end of this season," Morris said.
"With (toddler) Jude at full noise and another on the way in just a few months, I feel as though the time is right to prioritise Ash and my family, and I am excited for that.
"I am truly grateful for the opportunity that I have been given to be able to coach at this great club and this great group.
"There are so many amazing people at this footy club, and that is just one of the reasons that these guys are so well placed to be able to chase after success."
Richmond EGM of Football Performance Tim Livingstone acknowledged Morris' contribution to the club on multiple levels.
"Across 14 years, Steve has been an important member of our football department," he said.
"No matter the role, Steve always gave his all and contributed to the highest standard, and we thank him for that.
"We wish Steve, Ash, Jude, and their growing family all the best for their future endeavours, and they are always welcome at Richmond."
The club has already farewelled players Kamdyn McIntosh (retired), Jacob Bauer (delisted) and Mate Colina (delisted).
