North Melbourne, who already have a huge offer in place for GWS young gun, Josh Kelly, are reportedly set to offer Dustin Martin a huge long-term deal to move to Arden Street at season's end.

Martin, who is also said to be in the sights of St Kilda and Adelaide, will be offered a six-year deal worth over $1 million per season, according to Fairfax.

The 25-year-old, who is a free agent, has told Richmond he will not make up his mind on his future until the end of the season.

The Roos' offer to Kelly is a $9 million, nine-year deal.

The club is reportedly hopeful it can sign both Martin and Kelly, with plenty of room in the salary cap, particularly given the departure of veterans Nick Dal Santo, Drew Petrie, Michael Firrito and Brent Harvey at the end of last season.

Tigers' football boss, Neil Balme, said the club had no knowledge of specifics around rival offers and was in constant discussions with Martin's management on a new deal.

"We accept that this is the way it is and we completely understand it's Dustin's right to consider his future," Balme said.

"We are in this situation due to free agency and we had no say in it but the AFL brought it in and it's here. I personally don't think it's good for footy."

Martin's currency has only risen this season, with the onballer in stellar form, averaging 29 disposals over the first nine rounds.
