According to Mitch Cleary, Collingwood's James Aish is among two players who will join Fremantle as the trade deadline approaches.

“As I read it right now, James Aish will play for Fremantle next year. He’s going to take a three-year deal,” he told Telstra AFL Trade Radio.

Blake Acres also appears to be on the move as he "reluctantly" flew to Perth yesterday to have a meeting with Docker officials.

Fox Footy's Tom Morris has reported the Saints midfielder has already agreed on a deal that will sew up the Brad Hill trade to St Kilda.

St Kilda will also add pick 10, 58 and a future second to the Dockers.

And as for Aish, Collingwood's tight salary cap is believed to be the reason for sending their sturdy half-back to the Dockers.
