The uncompromising Power leader was the reason Port Adelaide caused an upset in the grudge match against Hawthorn last year, their first meeting since the fiery semi final in 2024.

Butters picked up 33 disposals, but registered four goal assists amid 11 score involvements and eight clearances in a complete performance.
