Port Adelaide midfielder Jason Horne-Francis could be in doubt to return to the field in 2025 after it was revealed he suffered a break in his foot during the West Coast victory.

Horne-Francis was at his absolute best, collecting 27 touches and three goals as the Power overturned a 25-point quarter-time deficit to run out eventual winners in front of a home crowd.

The 22-year-old is expected to undergo surgery on the acute fracture in his foot.

The former Pick 1 was arguably best afield, and had a fiery moment with fellow first selection Harley Reid during the contest, with Horne-Francis having the last laugh.

Captain Connor Rozee is also under an injury cloud after sustaining a hand injury in the 26-point win over the Eagles, after scans showed a fracture in his hand.

The Power confirmed he won't need surgery and will be assessed throughout the week.

Rozee's move to half back has been an inspired decision, but this latest setback puts him in doubt for the trip to Tasmania to take on Hawthorn.

The Port Adelaide captain was quieter compared to his lofty standards, amassing 16 possessions, three clearances and 218 metres gained from 55 per cent game time.

Defender Ryan Burton has undergone a knee arthroscopy, while Esava Ratugolea has also had a successful procedure to repair his hamstring.
