Ten club-tied talents headline the U16s All-Australian team, including a trio of father-son prospects.
Tevita Rodan and Louis Salopek, the son of former Port Adelaide players David Rodan and Steven Salopek and Koby Bewick, son of Essendon's Darren, were all named.
Rodan, who is also tied to Essendon's Next Generation Academy, was consistent as a running halfback, Salopek showed his skills as a powerful running left-footer, and Bewick was a classy ball magnet.
Defender Tom Steinfort (Geelong Next Generation Academy), forward Duke Marshall-Orr (Sydney Swans Academy), midfielders Cooper French (GWS Academy) and Charlie McLennan (Sydney Swans Academy), and rebounders Harrison Bridge (Brisbane Lions Academy) and Monte Cairns (Sydney Swans Academy) were other tied prospects named in the squad.
On top of their father-son duo, Zemes Pilot, a member of the club's Next Generation Academy, was also named after impressing as a mobile tall.
For the first time ever, a Tasmanian, Max Gulliver, was named to captain the outfit.
Gulliver was named as one of the squad's starting midfielders after a brilliant first game of the National Championships laid the platform for his consistent showing.
He was skipper of Tasmania's Division 2 winning side and was one of two Devils in the side alongside Sam Husband.
The pair will both be draft-eligible ahead of Tasmania's first year in the AFL.
Esteemed Western Australia ruck Axel Walsh was named as the starting ruck despite playing just two games, having announced himself as one of the names to watch at the pointy end of the 2027 draft.
Fellow Black Swan James Artemis was also in the squad after taking out his side's MVP.
Captains Harvey Chapman (South Australia) and Jake Miller (Vic Metro) were also named after excellent campaigns at either end of the field.
Vic Metro MVP Baxter Sruk was named in the midfield after a sensational carnival where he twice kicked the match-winning goal for his team and showed his polish and power, while Vic Country MVP Max Thompson was named in a pocket after slotting 10 goals through the three games.
Gus Trigwell was the sole Northern Territorian in the squad.
Vic Metro's Ash Close was named as the squad's coach after leading his side to an undefeated title.
