Carlton head coach Michael Voss has once again shut down rumours of star forward Charlie Curnow wanting a fresh start, making it known the two-time Coleman Medallist will be playing in Navy Blue next season.
"We can probably save a coffee for other coaches and confirm that he will be here," said Voss, who has seen many of his players involved in trade and free agency discussions.
"It's our right to obviously say they are very important players to us, and they will continue to be Carlton people."
Even with Voss pouring cold water on potential rumours, he did suggest that there will be changes happening at the club.
"Those decisions will be front and centre when it comes to what we need to do next," said Voss. "Decisions moving forward that we will make will always be with Carlton first in mind."
Blues midfielder Sam Walsh coined a "no BS" mindset in the team's final post-game presser, imploring his side to have open conversations in the offseason and "put your head down and work hard".
Voss reiterated those words, saying, "I love that, I love that".
"It's simple and effective and should be our catch (cry) going forward," said Voss.
