With the 2025 Mid-Season Draft just days away, the understanding of which prospects are likely to be recruited and the clubs that will be involved is growing stronger.

Currently, eight clubs will share 13 selections for the Mid-Season Draft, with Essendon able to make as many as four picks to bolster their injury-hit list ahead of the home stretch.

West Coast will carry Pick 1 into the count for the third time in four years, with a ripple effect to occur from that selection for the other seven sides.

Here's each club with at least one list spot open for Wednesday's draft and the prospect that could be at the top of their list.

6. Port Adelaide

Ewan Mackinley (North Adelaide)

Not holding a first-round pick for November's National Draft, the Power could be looking to get bang for their buck at this week's count.

It'll be interesting to see where the Power view their list, either taking the avenue to find immediate help or looking at a longer-term plan.

A player who can suit both is local forward Ewan Mackinley, who has had a strong start to the year with the Roosters as a midfielder-forward.

The 21-year-old has a keen eye for goal and could boost both the Power's forward and midfield stocks through the back half of the year.

Others in the mix: Nathan Kreuger, Massimo Raso, Latrelle Sumner-Pickett
