The AFL has announced the three presenters in the 2025 Grand Final post-match presentations for the winners of the Jock McHale Medal (premiership-winning coach), Norm Smith Medal (player judged best afield) and Ron Barassi Medal (premiership-winning captain).

Hawthorn four-time premiership player and two-time Norm Smith medallist (2008 and 2014), Luke Hodge, will hand over the best afield for the 2025 decider.

Hodge will grace the MCG on the last Saturday in September once again, a stage he has made his own on so many occasions.

The former Pick 1 has featured in five grand finals throughout his storied career, claiming four flags, including two best-on-ground performances. He also captained the Hawks during their three-peat (2013-2015).

West Coast premiership coach Adam Simpson will pass on the Jock McHale medal to the winning coach.

Simpson won the 2018 flag with the Eagles after defeating Collingwood, and was handed the medal by his former North Melbourne coach Denis Pagan.

Simpson coached West Coast for 11 seasons and also led the club to the 2015 decider against Hawthorn.

Former Essendon premiership captain and the Bombers Team of the Century forward, Ken Fraser, will give the Ron Barrassi Medal to the winning captain.

Fraser played 198 games for the Bombers between 1958 and 1968. He captained the side for the final four years of his career, including the 1965 flag. Fraser was also inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame in 2001.

The Ron Barrassi Medal will be in its second instalment, following its introduction last year in honour of the football icon.

Richmond triple premiership player and media personality Jack Riewoldt was announced as the premiership cup ambassador for 2025.

The AFL Grand Final will be played at the MCG on Saturday, September 27, with two clubs duking it out for the competition's ultimate prize.

The league is set to embark on another exciting finals series, led by Thursday's mouth-watering clash between minor premiers Adelaide and Collingwood.

It will be followed by a qualifying final between Geelong and Brisbane, who faced off in last year's penultimate weekend.

The super Saturday pair of clashes between GWS and Hawthorn, and Fremantle and Gold Coast, also act as must-watch matches.
