Fears have gone into the Collingwood camp as footage has emerged of midfield-forward Lachie Sullivan limping at training on Monday.
Sullivan, with his right knee heavily strapped after injuring his PCL late in 2025, can be seen distressed at the KGM Centre during training.
The 28-year-old had solidified his spot in Craig McRae's side, playing 14 games before going down against Richmond in Round 21.

Sullivan was ruled out of the finals series but had made positive progress over the off-season, ultimately leading to a one-year contract extension.
The SSP recruit has played 24 games since joining the club ahead of the 2024 season.
He will be assessed in the coming days, with Channel 7's Xander McGuire reporting that he "has been given the all clear" by medical staff.
Lachie Sullivan has been given the all clear by Collingwood medical staff after limping from the track clutching his right knee.
It was the same knee that he had a PCL issue with which ended his 2025 campaign.
