The AFL will re-open its trade window tomorrow ahead of the 2025 National Draft and it looks like several pick swaps will take place on the night.

According to AFL Media's Cal Twomey, the Gold Coast Suns have three deals prepared as they aim to bolster their points tally to ensure they can bid on their plethora of Academy prospects headlining this year's draft, including the likes of Zeke Uwland and Dylan Patterson.

The most notable is a trade for GWS' Pick 35 for a future second round pick, while the Suns also plan to move two future third round selections for Pick 48 from Adelaide and Pick 49 from Port Adelaide in separate deals.

The proposed deals come as the Suns aim to select five Academy prospects, looking to acquire enough leverage to prevent an earlier-than-expected bid on one of the star pair of Uwland and Patterson from seeing them lose too many points to take the likes of Jai MurrayBeau Addinsall and Koby Coulson.

Aside from Coulson, all of the aforementioned prospects are projected to go inside the top 40 in Zero Hanger's final mock draft.

Twomey also suggested that the Suns have Picks 15 and 18 on the trade table, but "at this stage there has been no movement on them".

The Suns have had an extremely active off-season already, trading several picks in exchange for superstar midfielder Christian Petracca, as well as shuffling the draft decks to acquire troubled first-overall pick Jamarra Ugle-Hagan from the Bulldogs.
