West Coast has confirmed the departure of former caretaker coach Jarrad Schofield as well as ruck mentor Ryan Turnbull.
Schofield has been at the Eagles for the past four seasons and took over from premiership coach Adam Simpson during the 2024 season.
The former three-club player led the Western Australian club for seven matches, claiming two victories.
Schofield was previously overseeing strategy and stoppages before coaching the midfield for the past two years.
Turnbull's time was spent across West Coast's AFL and WAFL programs, and he was part of the inaugural AFLW coaching staff.
The pair both played for the Eagles, with Schofield featuring in 63 games (1993-1998) and Turnbull playing 129 matches (1991-2001).
"We would like to thank Jarrad and Ryan for their commitment to our club during their respective tenures on our coaching panel," Head of Football John Worsfold said.
"Both are former players who returned to the club and have given their utmost effort and dedication to developing our players and improving our team.
"We are working through our coaching structure for next season and will communicate any further updates to our members and fans in due course."
Radford will be heading home to Western Australia, with a position at the Eagles alongside Andrew McQualter, who was a former Demons assistant coach, expected to be announced.
West Coast have already farewelled Jeremy McGovern (retired), Jayden Hunt (retired), Dom Sheed (retired), Jack Petruccelle (delisted), Callum Jamieson (delisted) and Loch Rawlinson (delisted).
Oscar Allen and Liam Ryan are also expected to depart, while former Pick 1 Harley Reid has extended his contract for another two years, locking him away until the end of 2028.
