Fremantle duo Will Brodie and Liam Reidy have requested trades to Port Adelaide and Carlton, respectively.
The Dockers confirmed the news on Wednesday afternoon, with Brodie keen to leave the club and join the Power while under contract.
A move to Alberton would see Brodie reunite with former Fremantle assistant and newly-appointed Port Adelaide senior coach Josh Carr.
Brodie enjoyed a breakout year with Fremantle in 2022 but has since struggled to retain his role in Justin Longmuir's midfield, playing five games last year and was not sighted at AFL level in 2025.
The tall midfielder's career started with the Gold Coast Suns as a top 10 pick in 2016, with Brodie managing just 25 games in five years in Queensland before seeking a move to Perth.
Brodie was also part of Peel's 2024 WAFL premiership-winning side, which also featured Reidy.
The latter has spent the past three years with Fremantle after being recruited as a rookie out of Frankston as a mature-aged ruckman.

Reidy has played three games in the top flight, having been limited in opportunities due to the imposing tandem of Luke Jackson and Sean Darcy.
The fringe ruckman is keen to join the Blues, who will bid farewell to star tall Tom De Koning this off-season.
The Dockers have stated both players are keen on greater senior opportunities at rival clubs.
“We respect the requests from Liam and Will to seek trades in a hope to get more senior opportunities at AFL level,” Dockers football boss Joe Brierty said.
“Will is obviously contracted for 2027, so we will work through that during the trade period to facilitate outcomes for both the players and the club.”
The 2025 trade period will open on Monday, October 6, and will conclude on October 15.
