Fremantle forward Sam Switkowski has been subbed out of the Dockers' Gather Round clash with the Gold Coast Suns after suffering an apparent calf injury.
The small forward was assessed in Fremantle's change rooms in the second quarter on Friday, before the decision was made by the Dockers' medical team to activate the sub.
Switkowski was replaced by midfielder Will Brodie in the second quarter.

Brodie was named Fremantle's tactical sub for Round 5 after he was omitted from Justin Longmuir's starting side ahead of Round 3.
